I have a cat Mia, she is 1yr. 6mos. old, she is pregnant for the first time. Mia loves going outside, so I'm not sure when she got pregnant!!! Mia was always pretty much a loner esp. after we adopted at animal shelter a Simease kitten (app.7mos. ago) she has never taken up with Hunter (the simease) not even when he was a small kitten. She hisses and growls when they are even in the same room, so Mia prefers to stay in the basement area of our house,(TV Room) But now she wants to be with me all the time and is more loving than she's ever been. (still hates Hunter). I hold her and I can feel the babies in her stomach, they kick, actually you can see them moving if she's just laying move her stomach up & down, Her teats have extened but are not really swollen or real red, just dark pink, once we squeezed one of them and a drop of milk came out, we only did this once.....
I need to know about how long does anyone think she might be in her pregnancy and about how long will it be before she delivers, we have no clue, because we've never had a cat to have kittens before. Would someone please give us an ideal on when she might have the kittens and what to look for to know she's ready to give birth!!!!!!!!!
