There are a lot of occupation in the world that you can do if you are interested with animals. Become a veterinarian, be a pet trick tutor, wildlife photographer, or become a whisperer. The last one is the last thing I can ever think of as a job. I just don't have the courage to be with dangerous animals, face-to-face.
We've seen the dog whisperer, the wolf whisperer, bear whisperer and now we would like to present you, Kevin Richardson, South Africa's famous lion whisperer. Just by looking at the photo, I would like to commend him to his bravery in facing these deadly cats.
According to him, becoming a lion whisperer isn't a job at all. For him, it is more like a passion than being an occupation. He used to work with human patients for he was a physiology major but after deciding he can trust a lion more than a human, he left his profession and became the famous person he is now.
According to him he has his limitations in coming too close with lions. He is more comfortable with the ones that grew up with him. But he can also become friends to wild lions who are still under 1 year old that are still flexible enough to accept him in its pride.
In various YouTube videos, you can see Kevin Richardson with lions during playtime and even led a lioness into swimming with him. He is also an animal charmer aside from lions. He has successfully communicated through touch with the likes of hyaenas, african wild dogs, leopards, wart hogs, crocodiles and a lot more.
