You think only human beings participate in global beauty contests like the Miss Universe? Think again. Dogs have a much larger global beauty contest than we humans do.

Conjoined Birds Of Arkansas

Recently, a conjoined twin birds were found in Arkansas. This ultra rare find is a breakthrough in the bird world. It is so far the only case ever reported. There wasn't any conjoined incident in the bird world before, at least that's what we humans know.

The conjoined barn swallows first appeared to have only 3 legs. But it was later found that it's actually four, with the other one appearing shorter and hidden on the skin from the part connecting the two birds, making them look like only having 3. Scientist said this event is not even one in a million because it's probably more than that.

Poor Dog Prank

What are you going to do if someone offers to give his dog to you? I found this video of a man offering his dog to passers by but unfortunately, no one wants to own the poor little doggy.

Out of disappointment, the dog owner throws his dog at the back of a garbage truck. Watch how people reacted to what the guy did. They even chased the garbage truck just to inform them there's a dog at the back of their truck.

Lou Hilario - Pet Master and Magician

I was watching an old clip from a segment of a Philippine television program "Pakita Mo Pet Mo" or Show Your Pet in ABSCBN's now defunct show Magandang Tanghali Bayan (roughly translated as Good [after]Noon Everyone). I had fun watching the great magician Lou Hilario and his birds. But this time he did not showcased his magic abilities. It was a pet contest that was won by Lou. It aims to showcase talented pets and creative pet owners. Here's the clip.

Do you feel bad about boarding your dog in a crowded kennel full of barking dogs? When you're away from home you can board your Instead of staying in a cold and loud boarding kennel, Francine the dog is napping on my couch. At boarding kennels she rarely takes a nap. Dogs love my couch.dog at my house instead of a cold and impersonal kennel. I have been active in animal rescue and welfare in Tucson for over 8 years and worked as a veterinary technician for 5 years. I have a lot of experience caring for dogs at my place and now your dog can stay here to. Boarding kennels can be cold and uncomfortable.

The Bunny Man Says Hello

Found this beautiful site where I can share my stories. This is my debut entry and I would like to make it as entertaining as possible. But since I am not a good writer, just spare my life if you find me boring. I will just share some stuffs about my pets and living life with them.

Why Bunny Man? I recently came across a pet store specializing in dogs named "Everything Bitch". It sounds funny and their logo looks funny too. And then in front of that pet store is a dress shop for pets. Yes, a shop that makes customized apparels only for pets. It's name is the Bunny Shop, with a logo looking like a muscled bunny, half naked, showing his tattoo on the shoulder written, "I'm a manly bunny. What's funny?". Instantly, upon seeing that I became a fan.

Bye-Bye Rodney Rabbit

About two months ago, I featured here my one and only rabbit, Rodney. Unfortunately, this morning he died. The cause of his death is still not clear, but I have this feeling that my grumpy neighbor poisoned my lovely pet, out of insecurity.

I have this gut feeling that this neighbor of mine, who recently keep on comparing his rabbit to my Rodney, caused his death. My neighbor is such a wuss that all the people in my neighborhood fear of letting their dogs and cats stray in front of his house because he usually throw hot water on them. He thinks all his pets are the best ones and other pets from other owners are nothing but trash.

Pet Dryers Saved My Fluffy

Who knows when a dog show can go horribly, horribly wrong. My little Fluffy is a top bred, beautiful West Highland White Terrier. She is an amazing dog and I think she Knows when there is trouble. Like at our last dog show, some nasty large mutt of a dog kept looking at my little Fluffy.

I knew that the vile animal wanted to eat my poor little dog, and she knew it too because she was overheated and panting. The poor thing was shaking and just not herself. I thought to myself, this is no way to win a dog show!

My Pet Is A Big Liar

Lately I have been accompanying a friend in his quest to lose weight because he is one big "Incredible Hulk". After going to the gym with him, we would either go to our friend's house or to their house.

Both of us three love pets. But both of them have the same passion for birds. My other friend owns about 2 parrots, 4 cockatoos and 6 talking mynas. My 'healthy' friend own 3 pair of love birds and a giant toucan he rescued during a storm in 2003 with his newly acquired female toucan to serve as a partner for the former.
