This is also the place where city dog pounds dumped the dogs that they picked up when their pounds are already full. Inside Puppy Mills, dogs suffer from human abuse. Not enough food is being given, not enough space for these animals to roam around. Disease spreads fast, and because of the space problems, dogs are killed to give space to newcomers, who also are all destined to be killed.
