Cats Roam Wild

CATS: The Most Loved Cat is An Indoor Cat here is a post that will start a log of arguments. Is it ok to let your cat outside unsupervised.

I suppose it comes down to the matter that all us ugly humans thing we know better than the rest of nature. We can't let anything alone. That blog lists 12 horrible things that might happen is your cat roams wild.

Now, I've had cats for decades and they have often roamed wild, not once did any of those specific 12 things happen to any of my cats. However, inside a very bad thing happened to one.

She was sleeping on top of the upright freezer and when she jumped down like she had countless times before she jumped, only this time into a tray of oil based house paint! I think that is far worse than that list of 12 things.

Remember, Mother Nature does know best, and if not best certainly knows more than we do!
