A good representation of the exciting cat condos we offer our guests. Actual photos of the rooms and play areas offered at our boarding kennel, exclusively for cats.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Letting people actually see where their pet will stay and reading about the people who will care for their cat was important to me and I think to the people who will use our service. Pet owners are special people.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Describing exactly what the business is was the deciding factor for the web site name, plus considering availability, we did well, I think. It is what it is: Kitty Cottage Franklin
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Our cat boarding service is personalized. It's small and well staffed by caring, cat-loving people.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
I think success comes from providing a service to people that is above and beyond what other companies offer.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Search enging optimization and getting listed in directories on the Internet.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It hasn't. I respond to customers via e-mail all the time, so that's what I do with the web site also.
