I have a new cat. My girlfriend decided to give me a new cat as a present for our 3rd month. I told her its okay not to receive anything from her as I am not a materialistic person but to my surprise, a cat was delivered into my house the other day.
It was a cloud white Persian Cat. She knows how I love to have a Persian Cat because everytime we are in the mall and pet shops, I always look into the Persian Cat cages. The cat came in with a cage and a name tag, written Brenda. Lol, so girly.
Brenda the Persian Cat, as what is written in her 'birth certificate' handed by the pet shop delivery boys, is only 4 months old. That explains why she is a bit smaller that those I usually see. I think younger ones are cheaper that's why my girlfriend chose Brenda haha.
Now I have three cats, I wonder where will I put Brenda. Perhaps I'll just let her stay in my room for the first week until she gets socially okay with the other cars and the other pets. She seemed restless when she saw my big dogs haha.
I also have to make another introductory effort and have Brenda introduced to my other pets to avoid giving her the feeling of being out-of-place. I will also have to train her that my chinchillas are not food.
The pet shop delivery boys also include a bag of Whiskas, a silver eating bowl and a cat bed clothe. There is also a bag of colorful ribbons, of which I will not use for sure. Haha, I don't like to put bling-blings to my cats, even if they are female. I mean, they look cute, but I know it irritate the cats, having those foreign materials in the body.
This early, Brenda also shows the attitude of becoming a prima dona. She's so lazy. At the moment she doesn't know that she is Brenda, and teaching her her name will be not be a tough one since she's still young.
