What inspired you to launch your own website?
Needed it as part of the business. It is an essential part of the business actually.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
This is my first website. May 2008.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
It is the same name as the business KittyRitz Q8.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Currently the ONLY high quality, low cost ethical boarding facility in Kuwait that provides boarding facilities in a comfortable and attractive environment.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To expand to a larger place. I would like to improve the website with some articles on cat care, some comments from clients, better slide show and a downloadable booking form.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Difficult to judge at the moment, only been open for a few weeks
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
As above, client comments, interactive booking form, automatic responses, perhaps even an automated calender that they can book with. Faster navigating and perhaps a video incorporated into it.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Not at the moment
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Nothing with the site more with the business
What has been your biggest challenge?
Doing the website, mine was very basic, had to have it redone professionally.

A link from another website
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It really makes life easy people can go to it to get information so ti cuts down on the amount of emailing I have to do, they can see what I have to offer and will contact me if they like what they see.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
A few weeks. Will keep it up as long as i have the cattery.
What would you like to see happen in the future?
That my site will come up from a google search, yahoo search and msn search with the words boarding, cats, cattery and kuwait in it.
