Please give us a short summary of your website?
My website is all about bringing a smile to people's faces. I like to post some the most cute animal pictures and videos that I can find. I hope these cute puppies, kittens and other animals can bring as much joy over the internet as they do in person.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
I love animals and the way they can make people feel good.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
I just tried to think of a name that was simple to remember and a domain that was available.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
My site is still relatively new, but I try post a variety of cute animals that are very cute.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
I would like to try to build the site up to be one of the best known in it's niche.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would outsource more of the work.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
I would find a way. Success has a way of energizing people.
What has been your biggest challenge?
The biggest challenge so far has been SEO and getting traffic to the site since it is so new. In addition, I am looking for ways to promote the site in the off-line world.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It takes more time to maintain everyday than I thought it was going to.

JustSoCute.com is for anyone that really likes cute animals. If you have pets than you will enjoy seeing some the cute moments that other people have captured of their pets. It is a site that anyone can go to and just feel good seeing life at it's best.
