Easy, cheap and friendly

The inventor of Pet Rocks, Gary Dahl, an advertising executive, described them as "easy, cheap and friendly".

Invented in the 1970's by Dahl, the Pet Rock had it's own Pet Rock Training Manual - a how-to on having a happy relationship with your geological pet!

After being launched at the August gift show in San Francisco, Pet Rock's took off and spread like wildfire.

Here was a pet that took no care and gave it's owner a few moments of pleasure.

Pet Rocks live on today on eBay, by the hundred.

Our group dog walks are designed specifically to your dog's needs. We use only safe parks and dogs are permitted off lead only if it's safe and legal to do so. All dogs are matched carefully ensuring maximum comfort and fun allowing each member to reach their full potential. We have groups specific to small dogs and for big dogs because we understand they have different needs.

For dogs who prefer the company of humans we have solo dog walks or for those who need some extra work to join a group we also offer premium dog walks. These are great for puppies and dogs who need some confidence building and adolescence who need help with focus under distraction and self control.

We also run puppy classes at All Creatures on Hoddle in East Melbourne. The classes are designed to help new parents teach their pups: to be calm in the presence of others; to keep focus under distraction; impulse control; bit inhibition, toilet training, handling and the basics - sit, drop, come when called, loose lead walking etc. Puppies practice calm during classes and as a reward they have some carefully monitored play time. This play time is a good for the puppies to learn to play politely and also an opportunity for parents to identify what is appropriate and safe play.

With our years of experience we understand the need for puppy specific services. For those who would like their puppy to have more positive experiences during their most informative stage we have puppy playgroup and puppy walks. The pet industry is unregulated which is why we are passionate about improving the standard of care provided. We run pet first aid courses and believe everyone who works in the industry should know how to identify when a pet in their care needs urgent veterinary attention and what to do in emergency situations. We believe everyone who works with pets has a responsibility to keep learning about animal behaviour, training and health.

We are qualified and dedicated and are recommended by vets and other industry professionals. We love what we do...

Welcoming Your Kittens

We all know that babies don't come from delivery birds. And if cat is pregnant, they you too, as their owner should be responsible when the time comes.

Cats (and probably other animals too), don't need much assistance when delivering their babies, unlike the humans do. You just have to know the signs when its time for the kittens to come out and provide the care they need both the mother and kittens.
